If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact us for authorization before you make any returns

Returns Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.  Wind Fire Auto will pay for return shipping for one of below situations.  All returns request must be approved by our authorized representatives.

  • DOA (Death-On-Arrival) product within 30 days from purchase date
  • Fitment issue caused by our fitment data error


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after receiving the returned product and our inspection.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Full refund will be applicable to below situations with in original packaging;

  • DOA (Death-On-Arrival) product within 30 days from purchase date
  • Fitment issue caused by our fitment data error

20% restocking fee of the product price and customer paid forward shipping will be deducted from refund for all other types of returns

Items Not Eligible For Refunds

Custom made logos and its handling fees are not eligible for refund.
