• Custom logo chips takes 4~6 weeks to ship after approving the proof

 Graphic file requirements:

• Image must be monochrome (1 color, no shade), Image projected will be in white color on the background color you chose
• Blackground must be in BLACK or Transparent (PNG format)
• File formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, AI, PDF, SVG (AI, PDF, SVG formats are preferred)
• Image size: min. 600 pixels on its longest side

 Suggestions:

• If your image has very very fine details, due to the nature of optical projection, light diffraction might cause such fine details seen blurry.  You could exam the image by saving it to lower resolution (like 300 pixel), if some important texts or details can’t be seen clearly, you should choose an image with less complexity.
